1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the RankGarage website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

RankGarage provides Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) services, including AI visibility audits, content optimization, schema implementation, and ongoing monitoring. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements.

4. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and materials on the RankGarage website are owned by RankGarage and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Deliverables created specifically for clients become the client's property upon full payment.

5. Payment terms

Payment terms, including pricing, billing cycles, and refund policies, are defined in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the applicable agreement.

6. Limitation of liability

RankGarage provides services on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or lead volumes, as these depend on numerous factors outside our control. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any fees incurred up to the termination date.

9. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
